Directed by: David Cheoros
Written by: Linda Wood Edwards

A mysterious, alluring stranger enters the lives of three button-down roommates. It's a familiar premise, but setting the stage in a seniors' home where the Golden Girls would have found compatriots gives this tale a refreshing and worthwhile spin. The naive optimist, a cranky curmedgeon and the eternal realist round out a cast that tackles the issues of living in a seniors' home today. STD rates, elder abuse and the financial scaming of seniors could read like a PSA, but with the witty and original dialogue provided by Linda Wood Edwards script, the play is ultimately light-hearteded and definitely laugh out loud. The only drawback was with the stage setup mirroring that of a crib game where two actors were consistently faced away from the audience and the dialogue was lost to the wrong end of the theatre.
